INTERN - BUSINESS ANALYST

Working closely with an assigned Manager, you will become a fully-integrated project team member right away. At the end of internship, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession. Responsibilities:

• Work on a combination of individual and group projects
• Work on system and process documentation
• Analyze current processes and present improvement opportunities
• Assist management with monthly reports that go directly to President.
• Learn about the industry from all levels of ASRT management.
• Conduct market research and surveys
• Conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis
• Develop personal capability related to consulting skills, industry and functional knowledge
• Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with your peers and clients
• Prepare initial drafts of high quality, error-free client reports and presentation materials

Minimum Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with business, mathematics/economics, or engineering focus preferred
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and team player skills.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong academic and professional track record
• Some relevant professional experience preferred
• Highly skilled at problem-solving (quantitative and conceptual) with superb oral and written skills to communicate findings to clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
